Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actress and musician. Her fame is based on her theatrical work in addition to her character Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its spinoff Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is an Dutch base American actress (Female) and a vocalist who is best known for her recurring roles in a TV series That's So Raven. Van der Pol recorded R&B/pop renditions of The Lion King's Circle of Life, and Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish You Create for the special edition release of the films featuring The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. In 2006, she covered the Disney song Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) for an edition Disneymania. She also recorded a number of songs from the Broadway production as well as A Change in Me.
